Current projects

I am currently engaged in two main projects within my doctoral studies. The first project is the development of NanoRibolyzer in cooperation with Stefan Pastore and Dr. Tamer Butto. NanoRibolyzer is a novel tool for theprecise identification of ribosomal RNA intermediates. This tool holds the potential to significantly enhance ourunderstanding of ribosomal RNA processing. My second project involves the investigation of polyadenylation in noncoding RNAs, shedding light on the non-canonical pathway of polyadenlyation. These two projects arecontributing to advancing our knowledge in the field of RNAs, offering promising insights into RNA processing and regulatory mechanisms.
